White Screen of Death Rate Topic: -----

My w810i white screened of death but I have no idea. I've tried this flashing thing but I can't seem to find the right firmware or I get errors. I think it is because I am using the wrong firmware to flash the phone I need the .mbn for my phone.

And which files you used etc...

Nevermind I got it to work :D :)
Im so happy the phone at least turns on now ^_^.

Except now I'm stuck at this point: Configuration error. Please contact your network operator or service centre.

you need to customize the phone with a cust pack for your region.

match one of these to your FS you flashed


what files did you flash and where are you located?

what files did you flash and where are you located?


I am in England I used W810_R4ED001_FS_EUROPE_2_RED49.fbn and flashed the file system. However I just downloaded a custom pack but I am unsure on how to flash it, I extracted the contents of the zip and I didn't see any .mbn file or anything I can use to flash it :S I downloaded this custom pack: W810i_CDA102494_33_EUROPE_2

You flash the phone with the zip file itself, not the contenent in that zip file.

Copy all the inside of zip into tpa/preset/custom

unzip the custpack, on xs++3.1 click fsx, then click start fsx, then browse to tpa/preset/custom, and upload the the custpack there.
