Bad CDA or your Network provider don't release new firmware

After updating my Firmware to R1FA030, when i check for update it write " your phone has the latest firmware (CONTINUE ANY WAY)"to re firmware""

Now, it write " No update available, Your phone has the latest software, and just BACK TO START"

R1FA036 it's only for 3 Australia so it's branded firmware
