i'd like to change cid36 to cid49 on a w800 to get the master patch to work. but how can I do it?
what happens if I flash the cid49 fw directly?

And flashing tools won't flash different CID FW's. It simply won't do the operation.

give it a SEUS, it will make it 49 (i think, i already have 49, but someone did it and worked) and after flash it with your files

im sure it updates when new firmware is flashed to it... i think i did it about 20 minz ago with a k800 not sure cnt memba... bad memory

SEUS does nothing to my cid... actualy it was very strange: after I updated may phone, I noticed that only the patches and the custom drivers were gone. The contacts, the custom Splash screen and all the files remained in the phone. I flashed it with R1BD001 CID49 firmware using XS 1.5 and the phone worked good, so I tried the master patch again... but same thing: flashing white screen, which I also get when I use the patches that change folders (except the one for java, which works). I'm thinking of flashing EROM with Gflash, but i got to know the risks of flashing EROM...
, but still doesn't change CID

SEUS change my Z710 CID49 to CID52... but never from W800 CID36 to CID49. I guess depend on model....
Used Now: W595, K660i, Z710i @ W710i, W800i - need to get more now....
