I know I didn't reply its because I've been annoyed.
Go to get my phone on Wednesday, que up for 30 mins, get it back, told they replaced the speaker. I go outside and try the phone still broken, so I go back in, and say its still broken. So he gets the engineer, well i replaced the speaker but I ummmm didn't test it. I just wanted to say nice one d*ckhead you're fired, sadly I couldn't. What kind of engineer doesn't test it.
So he goes well I dunno whats wrong with it. So they're sending it off and I have to wait another 14 days. I only had the phone for 1 freakin day!
If it comes back as Cid 50 then all hell will break loose, and I will refuse to leave the shop until I have a working Cid 49 phone.
So I'll post back in a week and a bit.

i feel sad for u. anyone knows where i can get a W850 for reasonable price? i would like one since iron master has got one (which means it'll be one of the best DB2020 phones around)

Got the phone back it's fixed, and still Cid 49. So I unlocked and debranded.
But what annoys me is the music still cracks slightly when on full volume. Did SE make the volume limit to high for the speaker? Or do they just use crappy parts?

Hmm, well I am using EyeYouSee acoustics on my CID49 W810i, and it's luder and I don't get the crackles 
Dunno what's wrong with yours. If I were you, get all PO'd at them and demand that you get a *new* phone back, not a refurbished one. Make sure you drop some sware word son 'em too... my dad does this when he gets angry at store etc. and they always do what he wants

Ok, why should I keep track of how many days I haven't used Winblows? I uninstalled it like a month ago... Linux = win ^^

depends on the quality of the music youre playing. Dude, you were really taken for a ride. If you get a phone and it breaks within the 1st 28days you usually have the right to a box swap or refund.... I know Iv experienced problems with phones and any time there has been no problem getting it swapped, even tho I debranded. I still maintain that you cannot void your warranty by putting on the firmware that SE originally intended it to have. Pity not everyone agrees. I also agree with you that things are not made like they used to be. I had 2 k850i's and both had problem with the touch sensitive buttons (bad call SE) and then I sent them back and got a W890 which I love. well made little phone!

Guess what the camera broke again, it's done it before and I got it fixed back in April.
So looks like it needs to go in to be fixed for a fourth time! This is a joke, dunno if I still have the receipt.
