edit: found the reason but do i have to debrand it or reflash it? would this kill the waranty

Yes ur phone doesn't show the animation/flash theme because your phone is branded. Debranding is really easy and free and yes it does kill ur warranty if you would deliver it at the rapiar station with debranded fw
BUT
There is a tool called SEUS (sony ericsson update service)! The only thing to do is flashing an outdated branded FW with setool or xs++ and then update ur phone with SEUS
the repair station won't notice you had an unbranded phone

will using sues void your warrenty. I have a w580i from att. I want to install the sony ericsson version of the software. I am having headset trouble so dont want ot viod the warrenty. Also will i have the manufactures defect warrenty from SE if i bought it form att.
