Theres an application,, go to getjar.com and search webcam i guess they will have it

i think that the resolution of the phone you have is 2 MP ,if i am correct .so image may not be so clear as a web cam which is more than 7 MP.but you can use it as a webcam ,for that see the manual given and install the software cd given with it.
