K610 Help! Rate Topic: -----

my unit is k610i, it is a planet3 branded phone. i already updated from cid49 to cid52 using SEUS. after flashing it, message appeared "pls insert correct sim" what should i do?? i cant use it anymore..

have i already debrand my phone in that process??
pls direct the steps so i can fix this error..

it looks like your phone was patch unlocked and now after updating with seus the main was flashed and thus is now locked again. Howd you get this phone unlocked?

you are right knk.. i got it from a swap.. i didnt thought that an update from SEUS will make it locked again... if you know a freeware pls hit me a link.. i will download it asap.. tnx..

as of yet we cant do it for free, i think you could do it for free if you had a setool box but there a bit on the expensive side :p. best way for you to do it is probably via davinciteam although youll have to pay for credits. although....db2020 patching is almost complete so when thats done im sure we'll be able to unlock for free. i'm guessing you need your phone right away though

phone 3, ask them to unlock it, they unlock for free in aus...

TO FIX THIS ISSUE, JUST REPLACE THE FILES IN THE "BOOT" DIRECTORY OF YOUR PHONE WITH A SET FROM AN EXTRACTED FIRMWARE OR A BACKUP SET FOR YOUR PHONE.
