Emergency Calls On Sim Card How i can Remove them?...

Hi, i have one problem, i have 2Sim Cards, one is a Vodafone sim Card without emergency calls, so the confidentiality patch works perfect with the keyblock... and one other sim card (eplus) that have "08, 000, 112, 911, 999" as emergency calls... and with this card the confidetiality patch didn't work correct, i can unlock with 08 or 999... with the vodafone card, i can only unlock with the pass...

Is there any chance to remove the emergency calls from the simcard?
