As far as i know no, but you can have flash screensavers and wallpapers.....i think...

i find the solution,
use LAVA DESKTOP menu.ml, menu nd theme very similar to flash theme.

u wil find at mobile content section

animated gif's menu can give you feeling of flash Menu.

AFAIK no flash lite menu support 4 w700i
W810i,W595i,Nokia 6288,What's next?......Maybe Aino !
