Rather ironic given your username. :p

Seriously though, I'm not sur eif they will exchange it for a different handet. They will likely offer you a replacement K750 if you claim under either your insurance or the warranty. I can't say I have experienced any of the problems you mentioned so it could just be that you have a bad handset.
Bessie Braddock: Winston you are drunk. Churchill: Yes, but in the morning I shall be sober, and you will still be ugly.

@ sodall2doo, that stinks. I rather love my k750. The camera software still isn't as great as the original firmware but I haven't had problems with mine.

Is yours voda branded?

Mine was fine. Only started having teething problems after it got ripped apart in a w800i mod, hardly the phone's fault! :D

If you purchased the handset through a Vodafone Shop, vodafone.co.uk or the Vodafone sales line then they can send you a replacement via Courier to your home or work address as long as the handset is there for the courier to collect.

If the handset is replaced then they will send you not a new one but a 14 day returned handset the loop is if this is replced x3 you get a NEW phone of your choice
YES A NEW PHONE AND DOESN'T HAVE TO BE THE SAME MODEL BUT (big BUT) what ever you paid for the handset does not matter its the price of the handset at the time of the NEW exchange that matters ie

You bought the K750i for £100 on your contract after 3 replacements the Vodafone magazine shows the handset is free on your price plan and you wanted a D500 which is a £100 on your priceplan then you must pay £100

P.S IF YOU REQUEST IT BEFORE 1600 ON A WEEKDAY (BEST BEFORE A BETWEEN MONDAY & WEDNESDAY) THEN YOU WILL RECEIVE IT THE FOLLOWING DAY BUT GET THEM TO CHECK IF THERE ARE ANY STOCKS AVAILABLE OTHERWISE YOU MAY WAIT A WHOLE DAY ON SOME OCCASIONS LONGER WAITING FOR NOTHING, THE DELIVERY TIMES THEY QUOTE ARE 0800 - 1700 BUT YOU CAN CALL PARCELINE AFTER 1300 FOR AN ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL

ANY QUESTIONS ON VODAFONE POLICEY AND I WILL HELP AS BEST S I CAN

If you've had your phone over sixs weeks the only thing the vodashop will do is send it to the repair centre to get it checked out even if you have insurance and as for swaping it with a d600 you can forget about that happening!

thanks for the help marwan but i think superluminova is right in saying that its outa the time whereby voda will do the courier thing ? .....voda were particularly unhelpful on the fone when i told them that it was that old. Mik sorry mate i may be an old git but i'm not completely stupid .....(yet) LMAO ! ......i even gave the fone to a mate ..and said 'send me a T9 message' .....he reckons the fone doesnt do it any longer
