trust me it works ... you just did something wrong
1. download halmer.cer and put in /tpa/preset/custom
2. download my pack it has got halmer and other stuff... but in your case just use the
halmer + customize upgrade.xml and put them in the /tpa/preset/custom reboot your phone
3. download Halmer Jar Patcher and patch your applet then upload it to the phone(jar+jad put them in the other folder)
4. install the aplication using the jad file(usualy first icon)
5. right click on the installed aplication(options->permisions and select never ask at each option) details in 1rst post and rest...

Nope. Alex I think is on holidays, brazzuka is probably playing around with a w200 to see if he can squeeze anymore out of the w200

XDS works very good, but the voice is a little metallized.

some pleople say XDS is the best apf acoustic.becouse the sound is surroung and 3D!

recently i updated my firmware with seus and darn it changed my cid52 to 53. which app can flash my phone? and what firmware should i be using? does a particular firmware depend on the cid or can u use the same firmware
(eg RJ4AO11) for different cids?

You can use firmware only with CID53 for flashing. I have read somewhere on the internet (forum.softpedia.com - credits to Onlyone) you can flash Cid 53 for free with Seking (google -> search). You should use UserID: testgood | Passwd : testgood
But you should try first if you can connect to the phone with JDFlasher. I cannot link to the tutorial page because it's not in english.

i downloaded xs 3.1, d usb drivers nd read 2,3 tutorials b4 attempting to flash mi w200i to get mor flash themes...
but whil trying to backup GDFS am getting an error as shown in d screenshot... same error comz whn i try to FSX..
plz help as i got no idea what to do...

try back-ing up gdfs with setool2lite i think i included the rest file for your firmware... if not just make 1 yourself... seking is usless unless you have 1 log...

Hello people,

Thanks for all your nice advices, had no idea so much things could be done with my phone

But there is something to which I didn't find a solution yet... in my phone is a song called "Where u are", but I can't seem to access it from my PC to put it there. It is in the folder "ringtones" on the phone memory, but when I open that folder, either with PC Suite or MyPhoneExplorer, folder seems to be empty. I guess SE didn't want me to access and copy those files, just to use them on my phone. But I'd like to copy the file to my PC.

How could I do that?

there is no such thing for pure w200 coz its native db2012 cid 52... but you can aply the patch for k310@w200
