Hi there,

I'm thinking about creating my own bluetooth headset much like the one on engadget since i figured, i could probably buy a cheap headset and mod it with say... a 3.5mm jack or a fastport connector.

Is the audio quality very dependant on the bluetooth reciever? Say if i put a pair of HPM-70's into a cheap bluetooth reciever off ebay, will i be getting thereabouts quality as fastport..? Dont really know since i cant see there being much interference because of how bluetooth works.
