I flashed FS. Nad now then i turn on the phone it says: "Configuration error. Please contact your network operator or service center". Can someone help me how to make the phone work again?

you need the CDA pack for you firmware/region. its basically just an xml file, some times the packs contain a few extra files.

what program should i use? I used XS++ is it good?

I am not sure if xs++ still uses the brute force method to upload files. else i would suggest setool2 lite to upload the files or far method
