I have not tried to flash my phone (k610i) yet. But before i will try i, wanna know if i can flash also EROM (not only firmware&FS) with DCU-60 and xs++ (Could somebody tell me how? please).
And I wanna also know if there is possibility to repair dead k610i with dcu-60? (if it unfortunately happend) (because in newbie wiki is discouraging warning not to flash EROM, and that EROM can be repaired only with service-cable).
sorry for my english

a dead phone can only be repaired with a service cable. there is a topic where they are actually encouraging k610i users to flash their EROM because the old EROM has a lot of bugs and sometimes leaves your phone dead. i don't know how to flash the EROM so i'm not going to suggest ways of doing it. sorry. i never flashed my phone's EROM that's why i can't help you. make a topic in firmware flashing forum and someone will help you. or search for an EROM topic or a k610i topic

If it's the typical EROM damage on K610 (is the red LED at the infraredport blinking?) you can try this:
Download latest Wotan Client
Remove the battery
Delete the login data in Wotan
Press start button
Hold down the keys 2+5 and connect to DCU-60
Insert the battery again (while you still hold down 2+5)
Release the buttons when your phone get's recognized
This doesn't work with all K610i that have Erom damage. I've got a few here that couldn't be revived.
