After installing a new housing on my k800i, i notice when I make calls, the ear piece won't work. If I put the call on speaker, then I can hear everything. What did I do wrong when I was installing the new housing? How can I fix this? Thank you.

you've probably bent 1 of the contacts on the ear speaker, take the phone apart again and check them, bend them carefully back into position if they're out of place.

Thanks for your reply everyone. I'll take apart this baby on sunday but I also want to clean the phone up abit. It was abit of dust and dirt marks. What should I use to clean my phone and that are electronic approved cleaning gear?

WD-40 or IPA (IPA would be better if you can get hold of it, most electronic shops will have this in stock)

they will clean the grubbins inside the handset.

How exactly do these golden pieces have to bent? I took a look at it last week but couldn't figure out how to bent them so it would work. Can anyone show me a picture how they should look like?
