I have change firmware with XS++ on my daughters W300, but the phone is still locked (or are there an standard code?).

Flashing the firmware doesn't unlock the phone, the lock data is stored in the GDFS. You are probably best getting the unlock code from the network or use DaVinci to unlock it...

Or, you can buy a service cable and use SeTool2 Lite to read the GDFS and then use it's unlocking function. And to clarify for you, flashing generic firmware to a phone debrands it, which means that you removed the firmware that your carrier (T-Mobile, Cingular, Rogers etc.) put on the phone, and replaced it with factory installed firmware that Sony Ericsson developed. Debranding does not unlock the phone, since it does not involve flashing a GDFS.
Ok, why should I keep track of how many days I haven't used Winblows? I uninstalled it like a month ago... Linux = win ^^
