Hi

I've been reading over this site for the last month or so and finally decided to take a go at changing my k800 to a k810. Only thing is i have a few problems.

Firstly, the keypad lighting, whch is mentioned on various threads with the relevant file to upload to the phone. I've tried this numerous times with both XS++ and FAR, but i have still the same problem with the top half of the keypad with no lights.

Secondly, when i connect the phone to XS++ i get the following reading

Does anyone know how i can sort out either of these 2 problems?

ur xs++ read is fine and ur most probley putting the light files in the wrong place

I've been putting the light files is /tpa/preset/system/lighteffect

I have tried using xs++ under the FSX option, and also FAR, i have tried copying, the files across, deleting the originals first then copying, but nothing seems to work

Thanks Amber, not too sure if that was it or not, cos i was just replacing exactly what was in the phone already, but i tried to get on here last night but there was a problem with the site or something and i ended up getting a customer file from esato which worked a treat.
