Hi,
I have flashed and unbranded my phone with the following tutorial:

Evrything went wel, except i can't make any changes in the customize.xml. I can makes changes but as soon as i start the phone for the first time the changes are undone.
I have used the following files:
FS: W810_R4ED001_FS_EUROPE_3_RED49.fbn
MAIN: W810_R4EA031_MAIN_GENERIC_HN_RED49.mbn
CUSTOM: Helen_CDA102494_75_EUROPE_3

Customize.xml is not executed every time you start the phone, it is executed each time you make a FS reflash, or do a master reset

I have found what was wrong, Phone Lock Protection was turned on on my phone. After i had disabled that I was able to make changes to the Customize.xml
