yes but you have to flash FS (for that firmware) and also use custom files belongs to that FS in order to have your wanted languages!

Is XS++ V1.6.8 really working now ? like it won't kill my phone, right ?

If it is working, then do I just follow the instructions on the XS++ V1.6.8 thread to change CDA ?

Also, which FS & firmware I should use if my current firmware version is R1JC002 ?

Where can I also find K790 custom files ??

i use Setool2lite This program is same as XS++ but i prefer to work with that program! and yes they work perfectly.
you can find FW + FS + Custom files in cybershot.4shared.com or looking at forums "topsony...eem se-nse" or "firmware downloads" or "lots of firmware"

Also, which FS & firmware I should use if my current firmware version is R1JC002 ?
go to www.topsony.com and in languages CDA section you will find CDA corresponding to your wanted languages!
