hi i havent bin on here for like 1 year now so my question is if there is something new that do that u can do any mod on the k700 with bluetoot kuz i dont have any cables.

sorry but at this moment in time, the only way to mod or flash a phone is via usb/service cable 
(u can update your firmware on some phones via the phone's internet connection)

Im guessing you probably still can't do anything to the firmware without cables.
You could however mod the hardware.

ok, so there is firmware for the K700(i) making it woth buying a cable?

To mod it requires a SERVICE cable not the normal dcu-11, or with a dss-25 you can use SEMCtool to unlock flash etc,

The cable will cost more than the K700 lol. Get a newer phone
omg.. k700... I haven't seen anything to mod for K700i's everysince I've been here..

Least My K700 never restarted, froze up or crashed.
