reboot,
XS++ flashed with

now Flash menus are working but when I want to set mp3 as ring tune - grayed out.
Is there anything else that I have missed ?

The <licenses> tag is wrong

it should be
<licences>
...
...
...
</licenses>

No guarantees this will work, it's just the first thing I noticed.

No, thats valid xml command it stands for: <licenses></licenses> other words licenses with no parameters.
Can't figure it out why It doesnt work , i have downloaded others custom.xml files and they are all like that.

after making changes to customize.xml , try performing a master reset on your phone (remeber to back all your important stuff up)

this method works when i make changes to customize.xml (my phone applies the new changes made) :)
