As a result I thought it would be a good idea to create a list of any useful contacts, addresses, e-mail, phone numbers etc. for any large company.
By useful I mean someone who could help you out when the rest of the company don't seem to care.
For me this man was Vincent Lonneville from Sony Europe. He ended my 45day epic in under 24hrs by having a new VAIO delivered to my door the next morning after I first spoke to him!!
I had scotsboy to thank for finding this email address and it certainly proved useful. I emailed my complaint to it and got the call back from Vincent.
I also have his personal email but I don't think it is appropriate to post that
