that error is originated due that you dont have uploaded CDA or CustomPack.
try with Far Manager or PhoneXS (customize or FSX)

if you cant, you can use SeTool2Lite and patch fw to put CDA folder, in a "public" and accessible folder normally by Se Phone Explorer.
