I flashed my K750i phone to W800i a few months ago...till recently it worked fine no problems till 2 days ago where the camera stopped working...both opening the shutter and clicking the problem frozed my phone for a few seconds and seamed to do a soft reset back to the standby screen.

I reflashed my phone again but this time the following error keeps appearing: 'configuration error. please contact your network operator or service centre'
But I flashed and flashed all day trying to get it to work with different file systems and such but still no joy...I really need help with this..currently I didn't apply any patches to them main flash/file system and used GSlide to produce the required files for flashing but yet after flash and after flash..still no joy

I was wondering...since my phone is really a K750i is there a way I can get it back and upgrade again? or someone from UK can help as i'm Ireland and I use the O2 network...my phone details:

EROM CID: 49
EROM colour: Red
Firmware: R1BC002

U get configuration error message because u didnt finalize it with the custom pack. After u flash the FS, u have to extract the custom pack to /tpa/preset/custom. And u have to use the custom pack related to your CDA.

The custom pack is when you create a folder on your memory stick with all the files and such in it? if so it still doesn't work or i'm probably doing it wrong....the extracter folder on my memory stick has the CDA of: Europe 3 - CDA102425/17 and the flashed file system I did my phone with is the same CDA but whenever I connect my phone using XS++ it keeps showing CDA102338/116 R1A


maybe you could give me some steps to follow? as i'm still a newbie to this but the thing I don't get...I was able to flash to w800 without all this fuss

Post your XS++ log file so we can see what custom pack u need to use.

I don't know how that would tell anything since I reflashed it over and over again trying to get the correct one for my network...i'm just new to these things

Try to use this : W800i_CDA102425_4_EUROPE_3 --> http://forums.se-nse...t...ost&id=3140 . If this doesnt work, search the closest one to your CDA in www.iprotebe.cz.

Tried to use W800i_CDA102425_4_EUROPE_3 but it powers on fine till you start the phone part where it's completely blank...a completely white screen :S I check that site and see if I can find one similar to mine and thanks for helping me

you are applying ur custom pack incorrectly , using far+sepf go to tpa/preset/custom and put all the stuff in your custom pack in here , this way u will not be bruteforcing ur fone and it only takes minutes

there is another way using xs++ which is much simpler but it involves bruteforce and can take upto 5 hours

i'd suggest you go for the far+sepf method
download it from here

if you need more help ask me n i'll be glad 2 help

PS: if you go for the xs++ method , the link for the download is in my signature , there are also many custom packs that will work on your fone in da same link, look 4 the correct one if ur having trouble finding it

ywow man thanks for the info....I try it now using it but sometimes it connects to my phone but yet it doesn't display the file system..in one of the folders it said 'coming.soon' ?
