When using widcomm, the bluetooth network wont connect. when i tried to, it appeared error messages like couldnt make connection because of security and the other was that it couldnt connect because both devices were set as NAP (or APN, i dont remember).

First i would like to know what phone you have. (I have W580i)
This is what i did after talking with SE Support:
1. Unistall Widcomm
2. Reinstall Widcomm
2. A: Set widcomm Advanced Config/Local Services/Network Access to acces the internet. Click ok. and close the boxes.
B: Got to your regular connections properties. Set it to sharing using the bluetooth network.
3. Use update service and flash to the newest firmware, even if you already have it.
4. On your phone add a new device.
5. Enter the required passkeys in computer and then phone.
6. (On your phone)Click connect, watch your computer very carefully.
7. If your computer asks for the passkey click cancel. THen when it asks for network access, tick the checkbox and click ok really quickly. The phone should then display connected. Then create a new internet account using your Bluetooth device as the connection. Set it to default and enjoy.

Go bluetooth menu on the cellphone, search for a new device and pair with the computer. Bridge the bluetooth connection with lan connection on "network connections" on pc. On bluesoleil (mine version is 2.6) there is an option for PAN networks where you can create a new private network or select to use another network. There i selected my LAN network and clicked ok. Then on cell phone, associate the PC data account to an internet profile and save it. Then go to My devices menu on cellphone, select your pc and press connect. On pc it should appear that it is trying to connect to a PAN network, select the option to always accept connections and press ok.
you should be connected now. I dont know if all the steps to connect really matters. I dont know if you really need to bridge connections. But anyway, try that.

I would use internet connection sharing (with widcomm) because bridging networks always destroys my connections.

I use it instead of windows network bridging for allowing my mac (as there aren't wireless drivers for my card for the mac) to connect to the net. Set your internet (say, local area connection) to Internet and your bluetooth connection to Private. Should work, logically.

First off, when I bridge the "Bluetooth PAN Network Adapter" with my "Wireless Network Connection" my net stops working, so that option didn't get me too far. When I try to connect to the PAN of the cell using BlueSoleil, it always fails. I think I am pretty close to getting it to work, but I guess I am missing a small configuration.
Can anyone who has go this to work give a walkthrough on it please? Thanks!
