Hi everyone! This is my first post but I have been browsing around the forum for last two days.
I have learned a lot already and have been able to get new firmware on the damn thing to replace the WsoD. Anyhow, my question is, how would I get some new drivers for the camera and audio onto the phone? I have seen some tutorials but they seem very confusing.
I have a W810i and on a recent post I saw my phone wasn't on the list to be able to use FAR/SEFS.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

w810 already supported to access the file system through FAR, but not yet for the flash. To change camera and audio driver, copy the new driver with FAR to : "IFS/settings/camera" and "ifs/settings/accoustic".

I've tried numerous times but when I try and access the SEFS plugin, like the tutorial suggests, I get an error message and the program shuts down. Should I be doing something else to just access system files?

Hmmm, I get it. Try reinstalling the plugin. It seems that the plugin you have is corrupted. Btw, why do you use PhoneXS v2.10 when there is XS++ v1.5 ?

I just picked up v2.10 because it was the first one I came across.
I'll try the plugin again.
Thanks.

I'm now using XS++ v1.5, installed a more recent SEFP ( 0.10.0.54) and I still get the same error message.
Can drivers be loaded just using XS++?

BTW, if anyone gets the same error messages, use this guide. It worked for me.

Choose SEFP plugin
If you get the error: "Unknown exception", Exception address: 0x7C812A5B...... The plugin will be Unloaded!
This is a bug. It's because you don't have any COM-ports, so create a fake COM-port connection. I did it with my BT Dongle. Alternatively, here is a mini howto create a fake COM-port by Cold & Flu Relief.
