Problem While Converting K750 to W800

Dear all,
Your help is required, i tried converting my k750 cdi36 to w800 but after completion of whole process when i restarted my set it started loading files and got stucked over there.i kept waiting for hours but it didnt went any further even after restarting it stayed at the same place.. i tried re-doing everything but same problem came up everytime..your help is required in this regard
