Hi Guys -

Just got my K750 this week! - Fantastic!!

BUT! - the reviews show several games that seem to be missing on mine (or I'm looking in the wrong place )

The three games listed under the 'games' tab are
Block breaker, New York Nights and Splinter Cell, but they all are demo's with an option to buy the actual game later....... thats not cricket!

Am I missing something???? (polite answers only )

The games on mine are the same as scotsboy's...

Is your K750 locked to Vodafone, if it is... they might have changed the software

My Orange K750i came with Super Real Tennis and something else I can't remember. But different networks do change the included games.

It sounds like it is on Vodafone, as mine came with these. You can install games though, you need a .jar file. Then put that file into the 'other' folder on the memory card, while the phone is connected to the PC. Then on the phone go into file manager, find the file in the 'other' folder and on the left soft key will be 'install', hit that and it will install. Put it into your games directory and you can then go to 'entertainment' on the main menu and play.

vodafone, not only do they do full-on branding of your handset, they take some of it away!

I've been told that Vodafone have also made it so that the phone can't use MP3 files as ringtones, I wouldn't be suprised if they had also found a way to block you installing games in any way other than by wap. Perhaps someone with a Vodafone branded 750 could let us know.

damn vodafone! pitty though, because of what they can offer as a network, your better buying a simfree handset and getting a vodafone sim card

Thanks Guys - you are of course right, the phone is a Vodafone contract upgrade (from a Vodafone shop no less :pT: )


Not sure about the MP3 files, - not got that far, but I'd be interested to hear any other 'special' features Vodafone install!!!!!!

Can anyone say if having the phone unblocked from Vodafone would allow installing from anything other than WAP?

Not even Voda bar installing 3rd party apps like games!

The mp3 issue is correct though, you have to use encode your mp3s with the DRM encoder to use them as ringtones on a Voda handset.
