friends... my Sony Ericsson w550i is dead by itself... when i switch on my w550i the White screen comes up nothing else comes after the white screen ... i think my mob w550i software or something else has been corrupted.. plzz tell me wht to do how to do? how can i get my w550i working ...

well its a brown fone so XS++ will not support flashing with your DCU-60.

try Sony Ericsson Update Service. it shud fix ur problem.

What is the full log form XS?

Try and flash a new main on top - W550_R4CB020_MAIN_EU_EMEA.bin <<<Thats the 1 you should try

Reflash the MAIN - Use XS++ (It works , I have tested it.) It even flashes the breaker for FAR - It say 3/5 blocks , but close XS and you will be able to access the phone is FAR. Flashing the FS is another story. XS++ will not do this. For some, Phone XS 2.01Beta works but for me it didnt, so I used my Service cable to flash the FS...XS++ to flash the breaker, then finalize with FAR and of course reflash the main with XS ++ - W550i now fully working
