Members can include their gender in their profile and as such one can use the member search to search for a specific gender. Of course this will depend upon people including their gender.

@scots whit a quick look at the member list I found out 346Male and 11Female users; the rest 29024 users (29381-357) are 'undefinied'
...considering only the number of users that definied their gender in their profile 96,92% are male
