Thought I share the solution from a nice guy who have help me

Some of you may have K750/W800 stuck in handfrees mode after after using cruiser cable and adding in an additional power supplier to TP the phone. Remeber to use the correct polarity when connecting else you have an burnt voltage protector IC which will keep the phone in handsfree mode after powering on.

I have attached photo to shows which ICs are burnt. 1 is an IC while the other is an capacitor

1) Find the small white IC it will look as if it has exploded, around it there will be another IC black will have to be desoldered

2) these 2 can be found to the left of sim holder and above charge connector (see photo)

3) Once these have been desoldered very carefully, phone will work all 100% they are mearly surge protectors,

4) However do not attach in reversed polarity again as the normal surge protector is no more in place to protect the phone and the phone itself may burnt up

Normal DCU-60 and cruiser cable (no additoional voltage) is ok to use with

This wouldn't happen if people modified their cables to work without an external power-supply. glare.gif

I really thought that this would be the solution, but after removing the two components there was still no difference. I realized that the reason that no sound in earpiece, speaker, or mike, was because of a hardware problem, and I saw the green telephone icon, which seems to indicate that the phone is in the answering position, or lifted receiver. This sems to tally with other ideas in this forum to show that the phone may be stuck in hands-free mode.
I check both the IC's on the board of the phone. One did not appear to be blown, and the other was too hard to reach with the multi-meter. Anyway, I removed both, and the phone still does the same thing.
The only sounds I get out of this phone is a) when it vibrates, b) when a sound for key clicks is selected; in which case I get a horrible squeek noise. Maybe it is a firmware problem. Maybe someone tried flashing it and got it wrong.

If anyone has any solutions to this, I would be keen to know,

Thanks,
