I've got the Clublight theme, but it needs to be resized for the W810i as it was originally for the W300

i had used the orbit icons,,but no use....

the themes resized have the original big icons.....

but when they are displayed,,, they are resized 2 small....

so if i put small icons in them then they are further resized 2 smaller sizes...

thus the same prob...occurs.... icns not clear...

any idea bros...

need some idea from colombia...

if he can help me out...then i can replace all the icons... in the swf

Well dude, it's so hard to extract the icons from a .swf file and put them in any other .swf file, the icons get smaller as you said. it's something about the frames, and the animations are not the same anymore; also, it's very diffcult to resize every icon and then put them back, because when doing such as thing; you also have to modify the frames; so, it's like if you were doing almost the whole Menu again.

Also, if you can resize all icons using a sofware like Corel Draw, Photoshop or something like that, and then you put them back in the .swf file, you'll have to edit the frames too as I said before; I can help you doing this, maybe we can do a great job together and saving some time too; I'll send you a PM with my MSN and my Yahoo ID for you to add me, and talk about that.

Those menus 3x4 are not like the original, they just scroll in a line as you previously said, they were originally made in that way, I haven't change any properties, just resized them and some labels were added; and you can get the themes to activate those menus from this link (The page is in spanish but it's easy to uderstand where the themes are)

It's problem with theme version then... I think. I had same problem with 4.5 version themes...


Anyone got orangebubbles.swf resized for w810? I downloaded some, but size is for w850...


And one more thing... Walkmanbeam.swf is awesome, but it's slowing down when the beams appear on screen. I don't know if i downloaded right version. Is that just me, or...?

I was just thinking about the Clublight.swf again. If I had all the tools to redo it this is how I'd do so:

I'd make a copy of Orbit.swf and rename it to NewClublight.swf

I'd extract the Light animation from Clublight.swf and use that to replace the Spiral animation in NewClublight.swf

The selectioned icons in NewClublight.swf will need to recoloured to match the theme as well.

In thinking about this I decided I may have a go at doing it myself: I have Eltima's Flash Decompiler, so it shouldn't be that difficult to extract and replace the resources.

hey bro...i 2 got the Eltima's Flash Decompiler and its ok... apart fro the resource replacement part..

that part is good i used that 2 replace the icons..... in the theme..but the resized..icons rnt comin good...

due 2 the resizing thing...

i got some .swf files but dont have .thm files as a same name. but i wanna use that .swf file's menu as my theme menu in other theme. what sould i do: do i need 2 change some files in .thm as same as in .swf with xml? or is there a easy way 2 use that menu without same .thm file in other menu?

Just edit your Theme.xml, specifically the Desktop Style. Replace it with them filename of the .swf file you want to use.

For example, you can find this line in ClupPulse's Theme.xml

<Desktop_style Type="File" Source="clubpulse.swf"/>

If you want to use another .swf file (like Orbit, for instance), edit the line like this:

<Desktop_style Type="File" Source="orbit.swf"/>

Hope this helps. I assume you already have a TAR compiler for this.

Great work on the flash themes, the black_emerge is great.
Since you seem to make the best flash menu, could iask you to maybe make a white version of emerge.
I have a white walkman theme, and a white flash menu like emerge or orbit would be great.
Also if you have time an orange version of orbit flash menu would be great. to suit the original walkman theme.

Active_desktop is ok, but it has the timer icon, plus the walkman text doesn't display correctly.
It seems to pick up on the font used for default 3 X 4 icons and display over the walkman logo.
Unless anyone has an updated active_desktop with radio icon?

yes... youre absolutely 100% correct on that ikjadoon!! and please for those who are making the themes, please do correct all the links coz some of the themes ive downloaded associated to their .swf files are incorrect or links not working well(active_desktop, grouped, lava... etc)

any tutorials on how to add additional flash menus on w900.. i just hope this unit can be modded, i just finished debranding it (took me about 5-6 hrs).. and are there any patch available for this unit like the unlimited sms and modified media player skins as well as displaying the currently playing music track (implemented on w850, is this even possible)..



anyways.. hope there will be available mods for w900 soon.. and im watching this forum for that!

But some themes isn't perfect yet. The problems and the themes:

Female Line 850: Some lines in layout of this theme dont appear. The standy by image is not Original.
Backstreet: In double lines (for example in the display tab in configuration) the up line cut the top of the letters.
Lava Desktop: The standy by image is not Original.

Obs: The original standy by themes for Female Line 850 and Lava Desktop is in swf. Anybody can convert the swf in the gif? The swf's is founded in the original thm file (The Female line swf attached). Anymore can fix the problems quoted?

Bot Mod, Basti (Magicshow Basti), Walkman Dance and Last (Shineline Last) dont have a original theme, but this themes merges perfectly in this respective menus.

All flash menus in my directory are 176x220. Except grouped desktop flash menu.

I got the swf files into my phone thru phone xs 2.1 into tpa/preset/system/dekstop/flash and I edit the theme.xml as shown in that guide even tried predone ones and the menus will just not show up on my w300i. Does anyone know if I missed something.

I succesfully crcked into my w700 and removed its sms limit. I tried the procedure to add flash menus...added .swf files to flash folder and tried the corresponding themes...but dint work.. perhaps, in w810, flash folder contains something else other than the .swf files that is responsible for it.

PLz...any one check this out in his w810 and post the xml...or ne thing else,here.
