Hi sry very new to forms so excuse my ignorance
basically I've tried all of the things you have said but just wondering is there outstanding issues with this and vista or am i just better of switching to my XP partition to try it cause its not working every time i do it it just keeps asking me to install the drivers which i know are all ready installed cause i copy stuff of different phones all the time most of them been Sony Ericsson's
and its my aunties phone im having the problem with has some how the lock code just came on her phone after pin been reset and ive tried all the usual number and any1 she might have used as password before but nothing works and normally id just wipe the phone but she needs the msgs on the phone and i cant get them off cause of the lock code wont let me sync the phone
the phone is a sony k750

Hello, I realize that this is an old thread, but I hope somebody can help!

I have tried to use this program on a Mac G4 running OS 10.4.11, and I keep getting the following message:

Turn off phone. Hold C Button on phone and connect phone. You have 30 seconds.

Cannot open
Apparently there is a file missing

Any suggestions on how I can retrieve the phone lock code in my K750i? Is there a special USB driver that I need to install in my Mac? I don't have a Windows computer at the moment, so my options are limited for the time being.
Any help is appreciated!!!

Lol this program is like 2 years old, and thus extremely outdated. Use XS++ 3.1 to read the phone lock code.

it really worked

actually the phone port wasnt opening, it was just cos i have nt had installed the drivers for it

now it works fine.

I have no idea what went wrong but this tool did not work for my K800i (europe 3).
I now have used XS++ 3.1 and this worked fine.

So, if this does not work take a look at XS++:

Since W880 is db2020 and this method is for W800/K750, I'd say no. I haven't read the whole topic though, so I could be mistaken.

Agreed, but you can try XS++, but that wont work if the phone is CID53

well aint this the can opener for them cans of worms. Please Help, I have a k800i. Ive downloaded and run xs++, I get the *cannot open communication port, disconnect phone.* Now its the fact i haven't installed the drivers, that I've downloaded. because it (win RAR) diagnostics says INF doesn't support that kind of installation??? where from here? well here!!
