i have a question about my w595...how could i know the firmware information and custpack.....through the PC
because my phone isn't working ....
i need a way to know it and a place to get the firmaware and cust pack...

my A2Uploader sometimes recognize almost doesnt recognize the mobile ......may it be cuz of the charge of battery 2% or less tha that..???

You won't be able to do anything with a flat battery. Turn it off and charge it for a few hours. And please don't double post.

You'll have to find a charged battery from somewhere and then flash it. Are the battery connections ok?

And with regards to the double post: How can it be a connection problem when both posts are different and haven't been edited? We're not stupid you know!

Guys My question is of the Same topic as his,but my phone says it has the R3EA037 firmware in it(W595). But whenever i got to SEUS it says you have the latest version of the software installed in your phone. I guess, for W595, the latest is something like R3EE001 (i think). Soo any differences b/w R3EA037 & R3EE001 ,if yes then please point it out and is it going to break my warranty if i go beyond 'their' latest version?

Just flash the Main to R3EF001 with A2Uploader. Flash back to R3EA037 when you need to send it to repair . If that doesn't work, just say you got the phone in Israel

sekaroz: See if anyone has a k800/k810, and ask if you can swap batteries (they use the same battery as the w595)

oh thanks....thats why i think it shows that my phone has the latest firmware as R3EA037......so i might not be updating cause i'll be sticking to english only haha...

Just flash your main, you won't lose any settings nor files . Your phone will simply be faster and more stable

but according to cchaos, he said that R3EE001 is Vodafone Branded and branded software would just be not my option and the other one is Russian, but i can read english not Russian.....
