I tried to reset phone lock using XS++

But i keep getting this error please help me please!!

Have you got a full log? Sounds like something is wrong

Afaik you can't reset the code on DB2010. Can you post the full log please...

Unless hes been playing with customise_upgrades that change the CDA to that - there isnt that CDA on topsony

Yes the phone works k...but after using XS++ the phonebook dd got a bit messed up i mean when ever i recieved a call no ID would show up! just the number despite of the fact that the number is saved in the phonebook! T_T So....can anyone tell me how can i reset the password? Or is it just hopeless now? T_T

Personally I would reflash it cos that CDA doesnt look good to start with.

To be honest, that sounds like the GDFS is becoming corrupted. So, have you used any GDFS scripts (apart from the one regarding the phone lock code)?

If it is the GDFS, then flashing it might give it a "please wait" problem, which for your w810 will need either an online service like ultimate unlocker or setool box to fix.

Personally, it seems that you cant use the phone anyway, so I would risk flashing it, but it is up to you if you want to chance it or not
