I have an unlocked c510 and I went to put one of 3's SIM cards into it today. I get a "No access to netw." message despite there being signal, which means it's not equivalent to "I can't find the network I want." I have no problem connecting to other networks with other SIMs.
According to them all you do is put the SIM in the phone and it works! My question is this: could my firmware version have an effect on my ability to connect? Would anyone on that network with this phone be able to post their info for comparison?

I'd try this SIM in a working 3 phone if I had one but I don't and I don't have access to anyone with one either.
