i got a k550i and the phone thinks it has got a headset plugged in but it has not
i plugged the headback into the phone and took it out again it still thinks its got headset plugged
any solutions to this problem?

well i dont really understand what you are trying to say but try cleaning the gold connectors on your phone with a pin and if that doesn't work upload some new acoustics via xs ++

whne you plug the headset into the phone the fone indicates there is headset plugged in the little earpohne icon on the screen
if i pull out the headset the little head phone icon on the screen does not go away so i cannot use the mic and there is sound coming out

try flashing main firmware again

If you're sure the fastport is clean then it may be faulty and needs replacing.

its just that the phone thinks its got headphone plugged thats it
i'l try replace fast port and see what happens
