hi, just encoutered this problem where my phone cannot take pictures. whenever i open the camera function, it goes back to the menu. however when the phone is not slided up and i open the camera then it works- i can see the light movements even though its barely visible. then when i slide it up the whole phone freezes and crashes. i tried reinstalling the firmware but i get same problem. any help is appreciated .

Probably your camera module is loose. If you still have warranty, bring it in for repair
