With the g502, I'm trying to upload a customize_upgrade.xml file to it, it says it's in there fine, but when I shut down the file manager and boot up the phone the file disappears. I've given it more than plenty of time to copy over, and tried it loads of times.

Any ideas?

The customize_upgrade.xml will be automatically deleted once it has been parsed.

Yeah, sorry, I meant that, when turning the phone on after uploading it, it doesn't take a minute to update the CDA or whatever.

Should do providing you have the correct CDA. Parsing that file doesn't take long.

Btw this is my phone were trying to debrand here so far none of the CDA's we have tried work. Every CDA generator seems to give a different one yet none seem to work, it always boots up as usual. Can anyone get the correct xml for a G502 that they know will work? I'm getting pretty sick of all this Optus crap all over my phone. Thanks.

If you find the right generic you want just make/ edit a customize_upgrade with the CDA and the ex: R6A thing. And then connect to SEUS, holding: 5 button. If you are using 2+5 it won't work.
