I have been searching all over and have found hundreds of topics on how to remove the Orange Homescreen from various SE phones.
I have a W810i & C902; the C902 has the Orange Homescreen but the W810 does not.
I saw THIS POST which shows a W810 with the Orange Homescreen but does not show where I can d/l it.
I have the following firmware on my W810 - W810_R4EA031_MAIN_ORANGE_RED49
If someone knows of another firmware that has the homescreen, please link it to me.
Likewise, if someone knows how to copy the Orange Homescreen off of my C902 and put it on my W810,
I would appreciate that.

W810 doesn't have a homescreen

diezil, Orange branded W810i's got a homescreen.

That's why I flashed my phone with the Orange firmware but the homescreen wasn't included.
Many people want to remove it so it must have been removed from the firmware.
I wish to add it, where can I find it?

I really hate to say this: but the orange w810 does not have a homescreen: its only the db2020 platform and above that has the orange homescreen. Mine certainly didnt, and even the w200 I brought a couple of years later didnt have it

Or have it as a wallpaper, but then you wont be able to use it

What is the homescreen filetype ? .swf ?

I must bee a real noob cause I followed the instructions -
"(4) Installation
This package contains:
-this readme file
-the ELF itself, put it anywhere, usually to Phone/Other/ZBin, but I think you will put it to Daemons. =)
-a folder called "DeskBar", this MUST be in Phone/Other/ZBin/Config (!!!) (so cfg file will be "Phone/Other/ZBin/Config/DeskBar/bar.cfg")
this folder contains the "skin elements", the look of the bar, these must be changed when new skin is installed (bg_top,bg_left,bg_middle,bg_middle_v,bg_bottom,bg_right,select,select_v png files)
When the folder is copied to its place, start the elf and enjoy, it will create its BCFG file (on Memory Stick)."

All it does is freeze my phone when I try to load this.
Has anyone else had this problem?
