Hi all,

I've been trying to unlock a K610i on '3' to use with an O2 sim (my normal work phone's screen shattered and I need to replace it ASAP)

When I connect using Far with db2020, it only shows oflash and ofs folders. When I connect using qa2020 I get the following:

OpenPlugin <connecttophone<getcid<cant find device info in xml [53red]>>>

I've also tried using XS++ but this application tells me that the phone is not supported.

Is this because the phone is running CID53?

You need to use the anycid method for patching. See Research and development section for the anycid topic.
