Hey W705 users out there,


Is your 'SONY ERICSSON' logo on top of your screen(Below your 3G Camera) coming off? My bro's W705 is only 1 month+ old and the entire word has been scratched off. He's going to complain at the Sony Ericsson Service center soon. From what i know, the Sony Ericsson text is just like a sticker pasted on it.


Are you facing this problem? None of my other SE devices has their Sony Ericsson logo peeled (Including 1 years old W910, 3 years old K750 and 1 years old C902)

Not to me. This is common on W995, but hasn't happened to me either.

Now my bro's W705 is like the first leak photo of W705, the prototype one, with missing logo

Yeh lol. quite disappointing that it turned out that the phone really has it's logo peeled off

Sony have a poor method of putting the logo onto that metal surface, that's what it is. All metal parts of W995 lose logo eventually.

Its just took me 1 week to came off.. Dosent matter for me..I love it this way..

same here...1 month...and its off..but it doesnt make much of a difference in looks...

got the same problem too, i went to a Sony ericsson shop to ask them that problem but they say that SE logos should be engraved.

my w715 has no logo too lasted about a month
