When I installed the latest Opera mini 4.2 on my w995. I just used it to brouse the sonyericsson website and some other regular site. Thats it and after few hours I got a SMS, saying that this is a web SMS and you have won some million pounds and email for further details to an email address that had .uk extention.
Does it happen to everyone? Is Opera spyware or adware?

No Opera is not spyware or adware. Its just spam. Delete it and don't worry about it.

Opera is not the reason, maybe you should stop browsing weirdo sites

I never use or used mobile to brouse sites. so no wierdo sites.
Its just once when I installed opera mini 4.2, i only visited the SE downloads page. I thought it extracted my phone number and spamed.
