Guys the left n right softkeys not working...
& even the rest key aroung it the directional key, C key, endcall key, call key,,n the shortcut key.

the above mentioned keys r not working,..it was working absolutely fine but suddenly it started to malfunction..
hope guys u will help me out...
shall i approach to service centre. or something can i do with it,..

that same thing is wrong with my w580. NO i havent dropped it in water or anything. its really pissing me off. Im looking to buy a White W350a from AT&T but i cant find them anywhere brand new. first, my d pad didnt work and now all the buttons on the upper part of the slider dont work. also, five of my numeric keys dont work. HELP!!! •••
