hi k850i has full signal and network logo up but just get a tone when try to ring out wont receive calls either.is it a fault or is it blocked?
is there a site where i can find out if blocked?

Hi its blocked

Normally if a phone is blocked it shows no network. If a SIM is blocked it says inactive SIM, though it does do what your describing before it actually gets deactivated/bocked

Personally I would try a different SIM card, or contact your network operator to find out what is going on

From what i can remember k850i does so signal and network with some networks i know here in uk a blocked phone will work with vodaphone but only let you send text messages
