recently i am updating my k810 erom from cid52 to cid53 by kulan kendi. after i update the erom, the phone cannot turn on so i think i need to reflash it. then i use the jdflasher to connect. but i cant connect the phone using C button but its detectable using 2+5. then after that when i press the oflash menu in jdflasher, it gives me this error SetDirectory(setdir(setmode(doscript(ldr(cmd3c(hdr(cmd3cbody(bad answer 10)))))))). any solution for this?

Why on earth did you want CID53?

i have a k800 modded to k810 cid53... recently i tried installing patches inorder to install a theme pack. after doing so my fone loads until the splash screen then the led just turns white. and blinks.

i tried reflashing to correct\restore and remove the installed patches sadly i cant connect to jdflasher and my fone cant be detected by pc anymore.

can i still repair my fone? below are the patches i have installed

Does it connect holding 2 and 5 and did you back up your GDFS?

EDIT: Just read post again...CID53

yes it can connect with 2&5 and no i didint have any gdfs backup .... am i going to revert it back? hope i can still revert this back... hehehee....

Forget the GDFS backup, I hadn't noticed your phone is CID53. Try flashing it again.

i tried flashing it again using db2020 but i got this error when i doubled clicked "oflash"

thanks... i've decided bring my fone to a repair shop and they managed to repair it to its original state

Flash it to genric firmware with JD flasher if it isnt already, then use anyCID method to patch in the QA patch

is it necessary that i flash my firmware to a generic one or would the build above be just fine?

also is there a certain rule which FS firmware i should be using. should i be using firmwares based on what region i am? like im from Asia should i use APAC firmwares only?

Those files are fine. Just make sure you upload an APAC custpack.

also will i be able to back up my gdfs with my current build, i've read on some post that this is very impoortant. or CID53 isnt supported by any of the flashing tools.

You cant under windows (as your phone is CID53) but you should be able make a backup using ubuntu and phoneXS (crossfire) for ubuntu

thanks... done flashing my fone. i couldnt find any APAC cda so i substituted with a europe FS and CDA.
