SO lately, i rebranded my CID53 W580 back to the AT&T firmware. Everything was working just fine until I decided i wanted to sync the clock on my phone with MyPhone Explorer. AFter i connected my phone to the computer, nothing happened. Not a beep or anything. I put my phone into phone mode and just as i did, a bubble popped up at the bottom of the computer screen saying "USB Device Not Recognized. One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctione, and Windows does not recognize it. For assistance in solving this problem, click this message". HELP!!! I click on the message and it opens a list of the connected USB devices and my W580i is listed as "unknown Device". Just the othed day, before i rebranded it, everything was working just fine. I dont get it. This was not the first time i rebranded my phone and debranded it again so i know i did everything right with the software. I emailed Sony Ericsson Support and all they could think of was reinstalling PC Suite and Media Manager and reboot the computer. Ive tried that and NOTHING works. HELP!!! I cant stand the thought of my phone being permanently branded to AT&T (although, these apps sure do work great) and in addition, i cant even add stuff to it because NO COMPUTER can recognize my phone as anything other than "Unknown Device". SOMEONE HELP!!! Ive run out of things to try and im getting tired of trying. HELP ASAP would be AWESOME!!! smile.gif Thanks

Battery status?

The battery was at about 20% the last time i tried connecting the phone. I put it on the charger about an hour ago so its probably 90% now.
