everytime i try to connect w550 with FAR or XS++ cann't connect.. i press "c" button before connect but my w550i always go to mass storage instead... because of that i cann't conect.. any suggestion???

Install USB Flash drivers.

try to hold "2" or "5" indtead of holding "C"

how do u know he hasn`t? When i got my w880i first time i didn`t know my flashdrivers are installed or not but had the same error! so i holded button "2" instead of "C" and it worked

Remove and reinsert the battery first or it wont work even if you have the required drivers
