everytime i try to connect w550 with FAR or XS++ cann't connect..
i press "c" button before connect but my w550i always go to mass storage instead...
because of that i cann't conect..
any suggestion???

Install USB Flash drivers.

Hold c as you connect, then use the flash drivers and guide in my signature

try to hold "2" or "5" indtead of holding "C"

Why when he hasn't installed the flash drivers???

how do u know he hasn`t? When i got my w880i first time i didn`t know my flashdrivers are installed or not but had the same error! so i holded button "2" instead of "C" and it worked

Remove and reinsert the battery first or it wont work even if you have the required drivers
