I have w610 R6bc002 with all patches.. it was working fine but a few dayz ago suddenly an error appeared "operation failed" while i was trying to enter games. Then i tried to access application but the same error appears.. I cant install any application or games as well. It stops with operation failed.. I dnt want to reflash it. is there any other way to resolve this problem???

No. Only a reflash of the FS will fix it.

Not if you only flash the FS.

This happened to me too, just flash the FS to fix it; and you get to keep all your mods.

No you won't lose any applied patches, they're in the main. But you will lose files, contacts, messages etc that you haven't backed up first.
this happened to me just insert the data cable and go to file transfer an error will pop up windows will fix it 4 u after your games is fixed this happened to me accedentally pulled out the memory card when the phone crash
