I managed to add the sound for slide and installed the patcher.jar and added the patches in the "other" forler of memory card and bla-bla AND it didnt work for me
While adding those mp3 files to tpa/preset/system/sound i found three files namely
1) phoneopen1.3gp
2) phoneopen2.3gp
3) phoneopen3.3gp
I wanted to know that are these files also for slide sound.but i dont find any option in my phone to select slide sound as in other walkman (older like w550i) phones.
Is there any way to make that option available in my W595 R4EA037

""Well is really simple.
1. install jjpatcher to your phone.
2. move jjpatcher to Phone memory (it's installed by default in the memory card)
3. Connect your phone to A2 Uploader.
4. Go to tpa/presets/system/ams and search for jab3b4ded00cb34b3cc77a6699f87ac10753fa701.b . When you find it, right click on it and choose "Read". In your A2 Uploader folder you will find a folder named ph_out.
5. Enter that folder and take jab3b4ded00cb34b3cc77a6699f87ac10753fa701.b and drag'n drop it on bpatch.exe. Even if you don't see nothing, the file will be patched.
6. Copy the jab3b4ded00cb34b3cc77a6699f87ac10753fa701.b that you just patched back in tpa/presets/system/ams by drag'n drop it on to that location.
7. Then choose Shutdown File System.
8. Disconect your phone, and start it.
9. You have to put your patches in Other/Patches on your memory card.

I couldnt understand the (10.) point....do i have to always run jjpatcher in the phone and it says (**) Patches Installed.....but then when i use my slider...no sound comes...i have also tried to put the "slideropen.mp3" and "sliderclose.mp3" in the tpa/preset/system/sound folder....but nothing happens...please help

my friend baluta_07, i am a noob...i dont know anything about patching of W595.....first of all tell me is there any permanent patching?if no, can patching be done only throuh JJPatcher? if yes,then by that 10 step method...right?

ok i got it....i have a GENERIC_LD version....and u guys provide most of the patches for LT version. it would be kind of you to provide me the slide sound patch for LD version....i hope it will work then......thanks

so you mean that there is no slide sound patch for the LD version....damn.....thought it would be easier patching the W595.....earlier had a W580i....did loads of pathcing but it made the phone slow(after installing newer firmware (MANUALLY))
so i dont think i'll be going on for LT now...but later....
if you guys have a patch for that now...please provide it here.

Yes, you just have to falsh the main, and you will have over 100 patches for it.

i flashed the main , nothing happend..

Once you flash the main you have to go through the JJPatcher method, then install the patches
